It’s now officially fall. And in our opinion, the best time to hit the carnival/street fair circuit in BoCoCa. This weekend will offer a plethora of fantastic events to check out, beginning with PS 29′s Brooklyn Rocks carnival at Carroll Park. The fun takes place on Saturday 29 Sept with Gymstars Hoopa Palooza at 2pm, The Kidville Rockin’ Railroad Band at 3pm and the Deedle Dee’s at 4pm. And of course, there will be the usual accoutrements of food, crafts and raffles to keep the whole family busy. All proceeds will benefit the arts at PS 29 so it’s a great cause as well as a great autumn activity.
Then, on Sunday 30 Sept, the 38th annual Atlantic Antic is back! This gigantic street festival goes from noon to 6pm (rain or shine) and highlights local businesses, food, crafts, shopping and music. But before you head out into the insanity that is the Antic, make sure to check this schedule of events:
